Google Analytics visits showing from discontinued campaign in reports

In my Google Analytics reports I am noticing that there are visits coming from a discontinued campaign, called AW12_AyrshireMinis?

Is this likely to be due to the visitors that were originally referred by that campaign are now returning as direct visitors?
